Established in 2024, the Norwegian Fjord Horse Alliance, Inc. (Fjord Alliance) is organized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit.  Our purpose is to:

 

• Educate on the traditional characteristics of the Fjord breed

• Encourage the use and breeding of Fjord horses

• Undertake activities to increase public awareness of Fjord horses

• Engage in fundraising to support our purposes

The Fjord Alliance is about working together to celebrate the Fjord breed. The Fjord Alliance is not a breed registry. We are a welcoming place for everyone interested in Norwegian Fjords regardless of their location in the world and for any Fjord Horse regardless of registry or registration status.​

 

We share the values of transparency, collaboration, inclusion, and encouragement of all things Fjord
Horse related.
