2025 Norwegian Fjord Horse Alliance Board of Directors Election

 

Eligible members (paying dues by 1/31/2025) will be invited to vote in the upcoming 2025 NFHA Board of Directors Election. Your ballot will be sent via email.

 

Key Details:

• Eligibility: Ballots are sent to all 2025 NFHA members as of January 31, 2025.

  • Single Membership: One vote per member.

  • Family Membership: Two votes per family. If only one email address is on record, both ballots will be sent to that address, each with a unique access key.

  • Youth Members: Not eligible to vote.

• Voting Period: February 15 – February 28, closing at 11:45 PM Eastern Standard Time.

 

Voting Process:

• Online System: Votes will be tabulated using a secure online election platform, ElectionBuddy

• Access Key: Each member is assigned a unique access key to ensure a single, anonymous vote.

• Vote Confirmation: After completing a ballot, the voter will receive a confirmation message of the candidates selected.

• Vote Receipt:  When a vote is submitted, the voter will receive a receipt.

• Confidentiality: Voting is completely anonymous. Election administrators cannot view individual vote tallies.

Important Notes:

• Do Not Forward or Reply to the ballot email; your vote will not be registered.

• Ballot Issues: If a ballot remains unused, it can be cancelled and reissued upon request.

 

Election Results:

Results will be posted by the NFHA Election Committee through a link to our ElectionBuddy.com Results Center.   This link will be published on the FjordAlliance.com web page on March 1, 2025.
